Returns are refunded to your original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks.

Specialized or custom purchases are not eligible for return.

To return an order:

• Visit chapsnapcom and input your order number and email address to initiate the returns process.
• If you have issues initiating a return, email us with the subject line “Returns Request.” In the body of the email, you must provide the applicable order number, the particular item or items you would like to return and include the reason for the return.
• Within 72 hours, a ChapSnap customer support team member will provide you with return instructions, and a prepaid return label via email, as necessary.
• Drop your return off at any USPS drop-off location, or schedule a pick up through USPS, as needed.
